AZ Arts & Graphics accepts only NON-RETURNABLE material for
initial review. Please do not submit original material or any material you wish to have
returned to insure against loss or damage of valued art work. Acceptable samples would be 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 inch photographs of your watercolor/oil works, color photocopies etc; PC
format tif or eps (Adobe Photoshop format [ psd ] preferred) (Files created in
Illustrator may be submitted as "AI" files and Files created in
CorelDraw may be submitted as "CDR" files.) on 100 megabyte or 250 megabyte Zip Drive Disks, CD Rom
or DVD Disks or 3.5" Floppy Disks.
It is
important that you understand that any submitted material to AZ Arts & Graphics will be on the condition that AZ Arts & Graphics is NOT responsible for the loss, damage or the return of
that material. Our Studio will evaluate your submission(s) and our Studio will contact you
to discuss licensing arrangements and royalty payment terms.
